Precision CNC Turning Services

Solutions Manufacturing’s precision turning services produce machined components for use in a broad range of industries and applications. Our turning processes include parting/cutting; facing; contour, form, taper, and straight turning; external and internal threading; grooving, drilling, knurling, boring, and secondary grinding. Our state-of-the-art equipment features CNC controls, bar feeds, automated parts catchers, and CAM programming capabilities. Dependent on the application we employ a variety of work holding methods including three-jaw chucks, collet chucks and custom designed and manufactured fixtures.

We work with metals such as aluminum, carbon steel, mild steels, stainless steel, alloy steels, brass, bronze alloys, and copper as well as a numerous types of plastic polymers. We machine out of a variety of raw material types including billets, forgings, castings, and molded plastic components. Machined parts can have a maximum diameter of 8.6” and a maximum length of 12”. We maintain turning tolerances of ± .0001” throughout the machining process.
